Effectively told it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t offer advice about how to overcome this problem. Now I’m left with 3 useless pilots and 150 euros out of pocket. HAND!

Well packaged, good price. Shipping took a bit longer than usual , understandably so with the goings on . Good folks to deal with.
