I believe wrapping tightly bubble wrap on top of tissue paper around figurine broke off his nose. I sent photos to Seller who responded immediately offering discount or return. A friend glued nose back on so I kept St. Joseph but description omitted a hole on face beside nose. Sellers were very patient & accommodating & regretful.
