There was a small hiccup with part of the order which was beyond the sellers control, however the seller stepped up and sorted the problem with no quibble what-so-ever. Great ebayer. Highly recommend.

They accepted my return with no quibble at all and refunded me the same day they received it back. On realising my mistake, I talked to them and reordered it as It was actually the exact model I'd wanted. It has been dispatched back to me now. All this saga from receiving my original order to receiving my refund and reordering it took only 4 days. 5+ stars Excellence
