Great value for a great product.
Really pleased so far. The Mac looks absolutely brand new, not a mark on it, I'm delighted to say. Really impressed. The suppliers seem really helpful with a couple of questions I've had. ..not about the machine itself but my learning the Mac system, which is new to me. Amateur upgrade chance
The 2007 white mack books are great because swapping the hard drive only involves removing angle bracket with three screws and swapping drive with new one pre loaded with Lion os. Memory can be unclopped and swapped The battery swapped into cavity bottom side of the laptop. So if you like to play upgrades they are a great choice. Good quality product for a great value price.
This was my first time purchasing a refurbished computer and I wasn't sure what to expect, however I am delighted with both the service and the product and I'm actually amazed at the quality product I've gotten for the price. The MacBook is in very good condition and I'm very pleased with how it is operating. Set up was really easy. The only thing you really need to do yourself - if you use them - is reinstall the apple works programmes, but given that that takes all of 15 minutes I certainly wouldn't put that as a negative. Good but some problems.
So the laptop has come in good packaging which ensures it doesn't break. When I have opened it there are some marks on the screen I cant remove but very minor so have just ignored. It runs a little slow but not terrible. The design I requested looks amazing and I absolutely love it. Only problem is when I have called people it does not seem to work the microphone is very quiet for others and when moving the laptop it sounds like something is rummaging around on the inside. If you need it for basics it's fine anything else I wouldn't recommend.

Love the product.
Bought this product an Apple MacBook A1342 refurbished, very pleased with it, bought it grandson for this Christmas, he wanted a new one, too expensive, this one looks just the ticket, very pleased with it, looks like new, am convinced will work as good as it looks, my grandson will inform me at Christmas.. a great Item - good price
Though an old Mac book it is in great condition. The ios can’t be updated but that is OK for me. I have yet to use all of its functions. I had problems with the keyboard functions & setting the clock up (thought that might have been done before dispatching it) but I got a very quick response when I contacted them & managed to sort things OK.
