creativity from the mundane
Elementary has a solid cast, thoughtful & insightful writing, good story/plot lines. The episodes take wonderful twists and turns, engaging the viewer with crisp wit & humor. Well done!

I really like the show when it was on TV , so of course i liked the DVD .
Interesting interpretation of the Sherlock Holmes character. I also liked Lucy Liu as Dr. Watson. He is too brilliant to be real but that what makes it so entertaining . He sees a crime scene in so much more detail than anyone else. He picks up on clues that were missed by the rest of the detectives.

A lot of fun and engaging
There is good witty dialog on Sherlock's part. Watson is pretty sharp too. I'd have given it five stars, but there are is occasional morally objectionable material. As a christian man I needed to avert my eyes in a two or three episodes. One episode we would skip entirely if watching it with our children

Sherlock Holmes with a twist
I like the TV show so was eager to have the episodes without commercials. My only complaint with the show is that Holmes often speaks so low you can't hear what he says. Having the dvd I can stop, increase audio and replay. It's not as great as being able to hear everything first time, but at least this way I don't miss sometimes pertinent information.

Elementary my dear Watson
This is a great series I am always late in seeing movies but now that I am retired i have time,thank you would like to get the rest of 5be series. This was a good buy got here on time and I love it

So much better than I thought it would be.
I don't care much for murder-a-week series but Liu and Miller are just great together. The writing is usually good and so is most of the acting. There is a great twist in the season finale.

Elementary Series is Fantastic ! Funny and intriguing
Beat Sherlock Holmes & Watson DVD series ever! I am on season 4 now then 3 more series to go. Love It! Great Entertainment ever.

Jonny Lee Miller makes a very believable Sherlock
