Doesn't get warm enough
I wanted it for back pain and read that it should not be used when sitting in a chair with a back. I also used it on high but it was still not very hot. I was a little disappointed in it. I will try it again though. My husband has back problems too and he did not like the fact that you could not lean against it. He has not tried it. The quality seemed to be good however. Pure Pleasure
