Best survey of playable Bach on the market.
Have had this volume for thirty years. Needed another copy for my summer house. Great sturdy book; paper is very writable and eraseable, binding is very strong, my original has withstood decades of bending, writing, erasing. The Bach selections are all any amateur pianist could need for a lifetime of Bach thrill. "Bach to basics: Great price on the keyboard works of the master"
This is a Dover reprint of the 19th-century "Bach-Gesellschaft" edition of most of Bach's works for harpsichord/clavichord. The print size may be a little small for some players.
