Worth while investment
Every item came as advertised. Laser level is very user friendly. I will be using the laser level for many purposes. The green laser is much better than the red laser. The LR8 detector will extend the range and works very well. The extra rechargeable battery gives me confidence of all day use, along with the regular double AA battery conversion kit. I like the case which holds the main components. The laser unit will stay safe in the case. The blue tooth functions are handy to have. I like that the unit will fit my surveying tripod for outdoor use. It came with a tripod that I can use indoors. Best quality Laser!

Great tool with app connectivity.
the wireless app makes this laser so much more user friendly to turn it on or off remotely as well as select which laser planes to light up. the rechargeable 12v Bosch batteries are used in many other Bosch tools and they save you money compared to AA batteries in other models. Great Bosch Quality - But laser pendulum does not lock completely when in lock mode
I've only just begun using this unit, but as an owner of many Bosch tools, this unit likewise is build with Great Bosch Quality. Also, is great value as a reconditioned unit, which I've found typically to just as reliable if not more so, than regular new, since I'm assuming that as a returned unit due to malfunction they are more thoroughly looked over than regular assembly line units before they go back out. Also to note: On lockout, the laser on this unit does NOT lock out 100%... when "locked" it probably reduces the laster pendulum swing by approximately 70% as compared to when in self-leveling mode. Not sure why it does not lock out completely, but I called bosch and confirmed that all of these units do this, so don't return as defective as I did 😬.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Generalüberholt

Nice self aligning laser level and app
We are tiling bathtub/shower area. We absolutely love this self aligning laser. Having 3 planes to work with at the same time is great. Nice bright green lines to work with. The only reason we gave it a 4, is when using all three planes the battery life is short and you have to tear down your setup to replace the battery. A time saver, and cool tool.
I bought it for outside work. Some reviews had me concerned about being able to see the laser line, outdoors, so I purchased the LR8 receiver. I didn't need the receiver for my job. I could make out the green line, against a yellow tape measure, at 20 feet. So, it was visible with the sun out, (but hidden by a corner of the house.) Great laser.
