Excellent results every time, well worth the money
Deliberated long and hard over this and its competitor which is priced over double this. So glad I purchased this one. The bread comes out perfectly every time, the super fast loaf is great. We bake a loaf every day and slice it in a mechanical slicing machine, the 1.5 lb loaf fits perfectly when doing this. My kids no longer want shop bought bread, citing its poor taste. The dough comes out perfectly and I am able to make really lovely rolls, easily. Highly recommended.Deliberated long and hard over this and its competitor which is priced over double this. Good value
I would have given this machine 5 stars, but unfortunately I believe their recipe book is incorrect. I have been making bread with machines and by hand for many years now, but none of my recipes use 2 tablespoons of sugar. The most I have ever used is 2 TEASPOONS. Hence the bread is extremely sweet. I have amended their recipes from TBS for sugar to TPS. This works fine and the bread bakes perfectly well by reducing the sugar quantity. I do find it difficult to remove the paddle, this is not stuck in the bread but the pan, this also makes it difficult to get the bread out. excellent tasty results
This breadmaker machine I purchased, was to replace my previous morphy Richards breadmaker which I had used regularly for over 20years but had finally stopped working. I decided to go for the same manufacturer when I bought my replacement as I knew their products were excellent. Having now had my new morphy Richards fastbake machine for some weeks, I am so impressed with it and I no longer purchase bakery products as this machine is so versatile and able to deliver first class results.This breadmaker machine I purchased, was to replace my previous morphy Richards breadmaker which I had used regularly for over 20years but had finally stopped working. Good for 'normal' bread.
I brought this to make my own wheat free bread. The receipe uses eggs and milk that need to be between 21-28°c and for the flour to be added slowly, so no good if you want to use the time delay mode! Unfotunately I didn't like the taste or texture of the bread that it made but my children didn't seem to mind. Made pizza dough (wheat free) this tasted fine but the receipe in the book is for 'normal' pizza dough. Found that adding more flour to it that the dough was ok.I brought this to make my own wheat free bread.
