Pixel 2 still a good deal.
Pixel 2 is ideal for me. No surfing or streaming so the battery is a 2 day run. It needs a cover, the glass and aluminium is slippery. Size is okay, my favourite was the old old Samsung Galaxy Nexus S, or the mini S4 but this isn't overwhelming. In spite of being about a 3 year old design it is fast and simple running Android 10. Fingerprint to turn on is absolutely teriffic and better than the only other one i have had. I love the reader placement on the back right where my finger can reach it. The bezel size is not an issue for me, but I am coming from using the LG Nexus 5. And I guess since i don't surf or stream video I don't need a bigger screen. Works great
I love the Pixel phones, get updates straight from Google monthly. Also runs pure Android with no carrier or oem bloatware. Battery life is decent, camera is amazing. I love the Google phone app with their AI spam filtering and Google call screening, that is such a cool feature, I use it all the time. The always on display is also really nice you so you can see at a glance the time, date, and if you have any notifications. Great phone, great camera!
The one I purchased was listed as "Average" used condition, so I wasn't expecting much but I have been so happy with it so far. Even with some scratches, the phone looks great and works perfectly. Long battery, pretty much lasts a whole day. I'm upgrading from an old Iphone 5 so it's like night and day. Great camera and the phone is really lightweight. It's a good size to hold and fit in my back pocket, not too big like the XL which my brother has. I'm still getting used to a Google based phone but I do like how everything links together, it does get a little tricky when sharing pictures because of the google photos/drive, but it's not too bad. I didn't think I'd use the fingerprint unlock but it's so convenient I love it, I still have a code lock too so others can get into it if needed, which is nice. The phone looks cool too, I did get a slim snap on case for it because my brother dropped his XL and cracked the upper glass portion on the back which didn't affect the phone but looks bad. My only complaint is the targeted ads and other notifications and suggestions, I've found you can disable them for the most part so it's less annoying. Excellent camera with a low price
A great value for someone who wants a smartphone but doesn't want to pay the high price for one. Camera is excellent, takes great photos and the shutter is quick, very little lag. All the most used features are there and everything seems to work quick. Not a gamer so can't comment on how that would work. Did watch some videos and they were smooth. Very near a perfect phone. Great speakers!
I absolutely love this phone. The speaker quality is off the charts in a good way. Very loud and front facing like phone speakers should be. The camera is as good as it gets. Lastly I consider the size to be perfect. Big enough to be pleasant to use but small enough to be used in one hand when needed. 10/10 would buy again!!!
Excellent Battery Life Large and bright screen [well colored, whites appear white, rather than that yellow-tint some phones have] Enough RAM and can still OS update [so it plays fortnite, which is apparently very important..] Great for kids and adults! Easy transition from iOS to Android, which we were afraid of. Very minor cosmetic damage, but not exactly "overstock." Used as a display phone in a store. Title is a little misleading. Works well though: long battery life, high quality camera, no noticeable problems. Zippy performance, Android 11, can immerse in water, large bezels
Pros: excellent performance with no lag (I was happy with the performance of my Google Pixel, which I still have and use as a secondary phone but this is even zippier) front facing stereo speakers android 11 - can use new gesture interface even with third party app launcher camera takes nice pictures, haven't noticed if better than the original pixel Cons: no more OS updates, still receives security updates but not for much longer the bezels are the same size as the original Google Pixel; the design was a bit dated even in 2017 and even more so in 2021Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Many benefits of the current flagship phones for a third of the price!
Upgraded from a first generation Motorola X (I don't buy phones often). My immediate thoughts were that the Pixel 2 is much taller and sturdier than what I was used to (though size is on par if not more compact than the current crop of phones). The battery life is on par with the Moto X, while the aluminum and glass casing look and feel more high-end. When it comes to picking up a Pixel from a completely flat surface, I do miss the curved back of the Moto X – by comparison the flat Pixel 2 feels a bit like lifting a coin up from a table top, more effort than I'd like. Water resistance works fairly well, but I noticed condensation on the inside of the camera lens after submersion. This made the camera pretty much useless. The fog went away after leaving the sim card tray open and letting the insides air out for a few days. My thoughts on the water resistance – it's a cool-to-have when you need it, but don't count on it. Final thoughts: it's a top notch Android phone, It does what I need it to do, and In 2020, you get many of the benefits of a current flagship phone for a third of the price!
