Great game!
As my first game into the Shantae series, I found the gameplay good, platform somewhat frustating (I wasn’t super great to begin with) but the game super fun. Extra replay modes added more playtime. I would highly recommend this game.

Platforming
This Shantae game takes a slight backseat to the Metroidvania styles of the previous games in the series and focuses more on platforming and compelling boss battles. The story is simple, the writing is comedic and visually it’s quite a stunner for its art style.
