Robin hood The Rebellion

For Robin Hood fans ONLY!
Growing up with "The Adventures of Robin Hood" starring Errol Flynn, I've always cringed at the thought of a remake, but I've always been pleasantly surprised with every Robin Hood movie ever made. Patrick Bergin was as fine a 'Sir Robin' as ever was, but this film version was particularly exciting because of its sense of realism and the production values. It's also the definitive version for anyone with a sense of the historical period in which the Robin Hood legends began to widely infiltrate into British lore. Beautifully costumed and elaborately dressed, this story of struggle and unification of Norman and Saxon England is enormously entertaining. Better Robin Hood
This is a better Robin Hood movie than Costner's movie. The Saxons and the Normans are wearing appropriate clothes not the scatter we saw in prince of thieves with the sherif wearing a Tudor costume. The British are so much better at " historical drama ".Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Very entertaining. Liked the humorous moments. I thought it was as good as, but not necessarily better than Kevin Costner's Robin Hood.
