Outstanding seller. The item I received was not correct through no fault of the sellers. It had been swapped and repackaged. I reached out to the seller when I received the product and he Immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. As soon as he received the item a full refund was given immediately.

Item was as described and came quickly, the only problem was despite being packed to prevent leakage/breakage, the outer packaging for the bundle of products was damaged pretty badly. I am putting this in a mom-to-be gift basket, so I couldnt include the ratty-looking box, and had to take the products out of the damaged packaging. It's not a huge deal, but the presentation with the packaging would have been better.

Does the job!
I have a really old desk chair that has absolutely no cushioning. I spend hours at my desk for work so I needed some extra support. This cushion duo does a fantastic job making my old chair feel brand new. The seat cushion is very thick, comfy, and made of a soft fabric. The back cushion is just as comfy, with the only problem being that it slides down my chair over time so I have to keep readjusting it. Also the back seat cushion has straps that you click into place (like a seatbelt) against your chair. The straps or too long though for my chair so I had to knot them to get them to fit snuggly (they still slip down over time though). I have a really old desk chair that has absolutely no cushioning. A MUST HAVE!!
If you’re a working college student like me who spends almost MAJORITY of their day sitting on a chair, experience frequent lower back pain, and awfully a lot of discomfort from it, then you definitely need to get yourself a lumbar chair cushion just like this one!! I’ve had this for almost more than 2 weeks now and I definitely enjoy my sitting experience much better than sitting on the chair alone. I actually bought TWO of these, one for my office desk at work and one for my studio office at home, so I’m very glad I finally decided to pick this up. I regret not looking into this much sooner during my earlier school years! The seat cushion feels very comfortable and soft, almost like memory foam. The lumbar pillow also has a vey convenient strap that attaches to the back of your chair ... Good SUV booster seat
I am 5’4” and I drive an SUV. I needed the height and back support to make driving easier. Plus it’s still easy to get up in my seat. I just do a little adjustment before I lower the steering wheel. I joke that I get a little dizzy because I am soo much higher and I can see out the window and see the ground (I don’t like heights!) my tall friends laugh. It is comfy and pads stay in place so I am well supported when I make a quick u-turn and my passenger and tools go flying into the doors!! Lol I am 5’4” and I drive an SUV. I have bulging disc and sciatic pain on my left leg due to a accident at work. Company van seat is very uncomfortable. Did my research and tried this FORTEM chair seat cushion and lumbar support back pillow. Must buy. The first couple of days, you deal with pain. (Body had to adjust to the seat foam which is solid and lumbar support). If you don’t like stiff foam on the butt, this is not for you. (Although it molded for support. Comfortable for me). Lumbar back pillow adjust to where you need support. (Softer cushion material). My 3rd day with the both of these products and I feel no pain driving. The product is well made and the seat cushion is firm memory foam. The built-in leg grooves are a bit narrow. You would have to sit with your legs closed tight to match your legs to the shape. The pillow is great and adjustable, yet doesn't get tight enough for smaller chairs, like the restaurant chair I bought it for. I made so modifications, and its plenty secure.
