This home video game version of the 1980s game show lets you play against your friends and family from the comfort of your couch. During your round of “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition,” you play games with three other contestants, just like on the TV game show. The goal of “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition” is to answer trivia questions correctly. These trivia questions are usually about current events or pop culture. If you answer the question correctly, your reward is in the form of spins that have the potential to earn you money and eventually the chance to win the entire game. Winning spins add either cash or merchandise value to your prize total. You use the spins on an 18-space game board that resembles the board that is seen on the TV game show. Unfortunately, if your lit up square on the game board contains a “whammy,” prepare to have your loot stolen by the game’s cartoon character mascot. The board on “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition” for Wii contains a mixture of prize squares and whammy squares. Should you hit the whammy during your games, your prize total will reset to zero. As you spin, the goal is to have no whammies but only prizes so that your prize total is as high as possible. The Whammy is a red creature with a hilarious, high-pitched voice. Prepare to laugh with your friends and family at the humorous whammy animations. The questions you will receive from “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition” are difficult enough to give your brain a challenge but not so hard that they leave you mentally drained at the end of the game. You can play this version of “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition” on both the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo Wii U. Before you start a game, you also get to personalize your player avatar, including its appearance and clothing. It is difficult finding games that the whole family can play, but fortunately, “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition” is rated “E” for everyone. This means that the content of the game is appropriate for every age. As you play games on “Press Your Luck: 2010 Edition,” you get to unlock an assortment of amazing achievements that show your progress. It's fun
If you like the game show then you will likely enjoy this game. There are some features that remind you that it's an older game, such as few avatars to choose from, but that doesn't stop you from having a good time.

Nostalgic fun!
This game is very close to the show and fun to play! Some questions are difficult, some are easy, and the whammy animations are hilarious! Very enjoyable, and a great value to boot!

Fun quick game. Questions aren't impossibly hard at all.
VERY fun to play if you were a fan of the TV game show by the same name. Fun for all ages, no matter the level in age that you are.

Don't bother, it gets old after a few plays
Talk about a shoddy rendition of the original. It's buggy, the music cuts out, the prizes are lame. Like get somewhat creative, the only prizes are vacations, make me feel like I'm actually playing. Dissapointed.
