This little book is a good introduction into cooking with food storage food. Simple recipes for dishes my family enjoys. Well worth the price. It made me think about the quality and variety of dishes I can serve using what I have on hand but it also gave me ideas of things I need to include with my food storage that will make it possible to add variety and flavor. Money well spent.
This is a comprehensive book that covers long-term food storage. It includes interesting recipes that utilize dried and dehydrated ingredients. I especially liked the Mixes section. They really save time in the kitchen.
