    Item exactly as described and a very nice collector's item from this reliable seller. Well packaged, just what I wanted and good value. Only quibble is that the postage cost charged (£4.99) for two wagons in the same box is considerably more expensive than the ebay 'Simple Delivery' service (£2.94) now used by many other sellers.

    Absolutely delighted with my purchase of a Bachmann oo gauge iconic railway tank wagon in the livery of National Fertilisers. It arrived promptly and safely in superb packaging. Although described as used the model and box look to be almost new. The wagon is well made and detailed. Sold at a very fair price. Great communications from the seller.     Excellent Southern coaches.

    Hornby Maunsell coaches are excellent rtr models. Many different types and liveries available. They stand up to being mixed with quality kit built coaches in a rake. The bogies are probably the best 8ft SR steam bogies arround, (be nice if Hornby would sell these separately!) . I have added floating corridor connections and closely coupled them together with KD buckeye that easily replace the British Standard couplings supplied, with the reult of no gap between coach ends. This gives a pleasing appearance to the rake, and of course looks more realistic. (This, of course, will mean your curves and point work will need to be of sufficient radius to accommodate this).

    Make sure you get the newer version of Hornby Maunsell coach

    The Hornby Maunsell coaches of the most recent type - like this - are excellent representations of their prototypes. But beware! Hornby did an earlier version of Maunsell coach which is not accurate and is frankly a poor model . It can be difficult to tell the one from the other. A good way is to look at the couplings. The newer versions have the modern slim couplings in a NEM fitting. The coaches marketed as Horny Railroad are the older type of coach.
