Assembly was easy and the instructions were in easy to follow clear English which is so pleasant compared to so many of the items from a foreign manufacturers which are almost impossible to read. The small parts (screws, etc.) were in numbered bags referenced in the instructions. The instructions had easy to follow diagrams. The keyboard tray was very well packaged. With lots of padding and scratch protecting envelopes.

It has to be stretch to each side, otherwise it will be very difficult to slide the tray. Lubrication is also recommended. Shipping is fast.

They did not do that for us, however the item was delivered by UPS and the box appears undamaged. We have not checked all the parts inside the box, butit appears ok inside.
