EEpression - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as Terms ) apply to all products and services provided by EEpression (hereinafter referred to as the Store ) through our eBay store. By placing an order, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms govern all relationships between the Store and customers related to the purchase and use of products and services offered on our eBay store.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase through our eBay store, the customer agrees to these Terms, including our separately posted policies such as our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
3. Order Confirmation and Contract
A sales contract is established when the Store accepts the customer’s order via eBay. Order cancellations are generally only accepted before the item enters the production process.
4. Print-on-Demand & International Fulfillment
All products sold by the Store are manufactured using a print-on-demand (POD) system. Products are made to order and shipped directly from our global production partners (such as facilities in the US, Europe, or China).
Please note:
Production typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is received.
Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.
These are estimated timeframes. Shipping may take longer due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistics delays.
5. International Shipping & Customs
All products are shipped internationally.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country.
We do not mark items as gift or undervalue the order for customs purposes.
6. Payment
Payments must be made through eBay s supported payment methods (PayPal, credit cards, etc.). The currency will be based on the settings of the buyer s eBay region.
7. Returns & Refunds
Since all items are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind).
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, please contact us via eBay messaging within 7 days of delivery, and we ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Items returned without prior contact or after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
8. Prohibited Activities
Customers may not engage in the following behaviors:
Violations of laws or public order
Infringement of intellectual property or the rights of others
Abusive behavior, false reviews, or misuse of eBay feedback
Unauthorized resale or commercial use of our products
Any actions deemed inappropriate by the Store
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on our store are the intellectual property of EEpression or their respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer
We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or printing variations.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or global logistics conditions.
Minor variations or slight imperfections due to the print-on-demand process are not considered product defects.
11. Modifications of Terms
The Store reserves the right to revise these Terms without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our eBay Store and take effect immediately upon publication.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the Store s place of business.
