This product was described as used but appears like brand new. Seller was generous enough to add an additional SD memory card for compensation of not having the color of phone I originally purchased. Seller also had excellent communication answering any questions I had regarding the phone. Overall this was a very positive experience buying from this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

The item is functional, however I would not call it "approaching a brand new appearance with almost no scratches" as the keypad is quite scuffed - still functional and not a dealbreaker, but I was expecting something that appears almost new.
