Radios look and feel great even though listed as refurbished. Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments. I only give 4 starts because the add said it shipped from the US, forget the state. But it shipped from Ontario Canada, UPS. I prefer USPS but it got here in 8 days. Had it shipped from the US I'd have given 5 stars. This is pre tariffs so not sure why Canada. Also customer service I'd definitely in China.
