Fields fans will particularly enjoy the surreal comedy of NEVER GIVE A SUCKER AN EVEN BREAK. The actor plays himself in what turned out to be his last film and some of his best work.

Seller was very conscientious in getting this out to me quickly. Packaging was very good. Item was smaller than I anticipated, but that's my fault for not asking. (Was A little pricey since it is so small). I don't recall if the description had a size somewhere else? USPS leaves a lot to be desired, but it got here in good shape after making several trips in and out of the same postal location.

The pants fit great, the description was accurate, and at ~50% off retail price I'm quite happy with my purchase! Shipping was a bit higher price than I would have expected, but the pants also arrived faster than expected so I feel I have little room to complain. Packaging was great. I would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat!

I thought the condition was great and the price was very good as well. I have no complaints and only great things to say about the product and the seller. The shipping was via the post office and amazingly it came a couple days early. I couldn't believe it. I highly recommend this seller if you're looking to buy one of their products. I'm not sure what all they sell but I'm happy with what I bought.

For Completist? Maybe.
If you love or are a completist of W.C. Fields movies then buy this immediately. If you're on the fence be aware. The movies are not the super best by our hero. I mean, I could watch these once a month until i die but I'm a super fan of W.C. To me W.C. Fields, Marx Brothers, Laurel & Hardy, Three Stooges and many more... are a very important part of my life. This box set is worth every penny. The box is awesome! Easy to use and very appealing in the looks department. The Movie quality is Very Good. Not amazing but the prints look and sound good. My ONLY complaint is... Why are there 5 discs here? The "longest movie is 1 hr. & 14 minutes! It DOES make it easier to find and play the movies. Could that be the 'reason' there are 5 disc's? Highly, highly reccomended! Rock on W.C. Your humour ... If you love or are a completist of W.C. Fields movies then buy this immediately. If you're on the fence be aware. Some Very Enjoyable Cinematic History.
The second collection of W. C. Fields films contains some of his lesser known films, including some "pre-code" films. If you watch the films in both volumes in chronological order, you can see the development of Fields' unique view of life, and especially of family life. Whether or not you take the chronological approach or not, you will enjoy yourself. Fields is/was a great entertainer who worked very hard to get hiss ideas on film, often having to fight the studios tooth and nail to do it.The second collection of W. C. A few of the movies were duds, but they were very light on the plot and heavy on the “guest appearance.” But then you need to realize that these films were before television and some movies were intended to be variety shows. Some were just an interesting evening watching an old movie, but most had some great “laugh out loud” moments. And there was nothing that would keep you from letting kids see it. Some mild innuendo that was strategically over the head of those kiddos that shouldn’t be exposed to that subject just yet. A beautiful set of films- great reproduction for films of that vintage.
I had one of these sets and was heartbroken when my DVD of The Man on the Flying Trapeze stopped working- bough a second set and am delighted with it. One of my favorite movies.
