Great book for seasoned as well as the novice baker!
Brand-New Book of Great Cookies has recipes in it that I have been wanting to have. Her books are great for the seasoned baker as well as for the novice. I have always loved to search through cook books for that perfect recipe for foods that I already enjoy preparing but want to improve my skills. In this book (as in her other books), she explains the whole process in simple but very instructive and easily followed terms. Every home should have copies of the Maida Heatter cook books.

Great Cookie Book
Lots of great recipes! The book is no longer in print, so get it while you can. If you like to bake cookies you won’t be disappointed. This is a classic!
