When used with the v-block and rings will mount just about any size light.
Didn't pay attention to the specs on a light I purchased (Streamline Protac 1L 1AA 88061) and wound up with a rather small diameter light that doesn't work with the majority of 1" mounts. This along with the Magpul v-block and rings works perfectly. The only negative, and it's purely cosmetic, is the mounting screws on the v-block will mar the body of light if torqued down too much but since you never see it, it's no big deal.

Good Rail; Bad Fastener Kit
The rail mount is okay, but the kit came with a set of screws that did not match the thread and diameter of the rail nuts. So I had to venture to the hardware store to buy the right ones. Perhaps this was a packaging error, but it I had known that up front I would have bought a different product. Eventually got it installed for my application.

This is great on my moe carbine hand guard because it pushes my light forward of my grip. You will need to enlarge the moe slot but a straight edge and exacto knife works quick.

Magperfect
Magpul does it again this rail mount for your flashlight is perfect it'll move your light forward freeing up your hand guard for a better purchase on your weapon and if done right you can run your cord just right so it won't get snagged on anything

My light mount
The polymer cantilever rail is lite weight and very strong. I’m using on a carbine with a 10” rail. I don’t have to worry about my light casting a shadow now that it’s closer to the muzzle.

nice little cantilevered rail piece.
Light and solid mount that allows me to put a torch a little further out on my 6" lenght forward handguard. Very solid mount for being polymer based.

Good all around rail especially if you have only have one m lok slot left and not enough to mount a light .I would definitely recommend.

Perfect for Magpul Moe sl guard
