    Lack of color photos

    You'd think that with a cookie book made from a reputable flour company that they would have made the formatting with pictures of each cookie alongside the recipe. In that respect, it you're not a baker with some sense of imagination, it makes it difficult to visualize how appetizing the cookie will look like. Very disappointed King Arthur!! Had I gotten the chance to thumb through the book prior to purchasing.... I would NOT have bought it!! I, as most people, am a visual chooser of Christmas cookies for my holiday baking plan. Revise this book, your company can do better, you'll sell more books!

    An excellent reference cookie book

    Just as good if not better than Betty Crocker or Joy of Cooking. King Arthur has done it again.
