When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity's resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. This movie is the epitome of a really fun popcorn epic with great effects and tons of action. Very well acted and original, this is a must see film.
I didn't think anything could make this movie any better than it already is but 4K did just that. Pacific Rim is just a fun movie and a visual delight.

Awesome picture & sound.
Awesome 4k crisp picture the sound was good on atmos as well. My subs definitely got a work out. Both 1 & 2 are good but 1 is better.
