    Accurate and comfortable HRM

    Garmin HRM-Tri is a comfortable fit, easy to sync, and works with many different blutooth enabled devices. The first thing I noticed was how different the HRM chest strap is compared to the wrist sensor on my watch, easily 20-30bpm faster from the chest strap. I can finally get an accurate estimate of my HR and zone.

    Must for older fat guys starting out.

    Amazing and versatile when used with a Garmin watch, quite literally it helped me turn my life around from being a total slob to doing my first triathlon. So here's the story, on the first anniversary of my Mums death from leukemia last year I was near enough 20 stone and smoked 20 a day, I decided that day to do a triathlon to raise money for leukemia research. I began training despite concerns over weight, heart attacks etc, and went under 13 in six months, this let's you monitor your heart rate, avoid heart attacks and helps keep you in the sweet spot for weight loss when coupled with a garmin watch. Now Im looking at doing 3 different triathlons next year. Not bad for someone who was a 20 cigarettes a day lard arse less than a year ago, and this thing helped immensely, so much so that ...

    Reliable and syncs well.

    This is my second HRM Tri Here Rate Monitor. My first one lasted just over two years of heavy (6-8 hours /week) use. First one died after I change the battery and I apparently did not do a good job of seating the "O" ring. Never and issue with syncing to my Garmin 935. I recommend this product.

    Great item

    This is a replacement HR monitor for the same model. I like it because you can go for a swim right after your run and not worry about damaging this HR monitor. Super comfortable and is one the easiest to adjust. I would recommend this item to anyone that needs a good quality HR monitor. Heck the names says it all GARMIN.

    Great with triathlon watch! Eventually will start draining battery in one day!

    This is the third one of these i have had. The first two just started draining the battery in one day and i had to replace them. I did not have proof of purchase, so Garmin would not replace it. It works well when it is new and is a great addition to a triathlon watch.
