I don't believe the included bands are OEM, but I suppose including OEM bands on used watches wouldn't be feasible. To the sellers credit, he did send me two extra bands when I complained I received the wrong color and he didn't have to do that. So it is a good value. This is a good seller and I would buy from them again.
