I sent them a request to return it because I needed a 9.5 and thought I’d try the 10.5 but it just doesn’t work. Packaging was very secure. When I saw it , it looked better than the MINT that was advertised and described! Tremendous value. Will do business with again!!!

Seller had the package to usps in a day after ordering and the product was packaged well which probably saved any damage. Product was exactly as described. Good price.
