Non-receipt of my purchase was not the seller's fault but the fault of a USPS shipping agent who miss read what my purchase was. The USPS shipping agent assumed that my purchase contained "restricted/prohibited" items which it did not and rather than contacting the seller for clarity, just decided to return my purchase.
