The photo is of the actual item and the measurements were written in the description. This is a classic case of buyers remorse, I'm sorry you didn't like the item, this is no reason for me to accept a return. Because you have bought in the past is also no reason to accept a return. Lastly I am a MAN so whomever you are referring to as SHE in your feedback please get it right.
