Out of sheer technicality. There was a box. There were 24 packs, perviously opened. There were 12 cards +1 puzzle card. I suppose it would be nice

Box was opened (side tape resealed)- packs not in correct order and sequence in the box. Individual packs resealed. Foil on each pack was not smooth
