Contacted seller and was told they were new and genuine. I was told to give them a wipe with a cloth to remove marks. Surely, it would have been in the sellers best interest to remove marks before posting. The quality control of this company needs reviewing.

I wouldn’t buy from this seller again I’m now stuck with a pair of trainers that I can’t do anything with wouldn’t even let me give a negative review had to put a positive
