Silhouette works without internet.
The Silhouette Cameo 4 is a good value. I don't have an internet connection in the shop where I use the cutter but once I got the software downloaded from another location the cutter worked great. A friend helped me set it up and showed me how to cut. He has a Cricut Pro and stated the Silhouette has a lot of more options and the software is more advanced, more like a CAD program. He also told me the Cricut needed an internet connection to operate whereas the Silhouette does not. I live in the country and internet service has not reached me yet.

Love this machine!
I’m a Cameo user from way back. My daughter has recently gotten into crafting and I wanted her to have her own machine…so I gave her my cameo 4 and got this one for me. Love getting a brand new machine. Love the silhouette studio designer edition software and my cuts are always perfect.

Serial Number already registered for a "new" machine.
The machine is in perfect condition. My only complaint is that when I went to register the machine with the manufacturer, the serial number was already registered. It doesn't matter to me because I am upgrading my machine and do NOT need the 100 free files. Nonetheless, there may be an issue of ownership should I have to invoke the warranty.

Great Machine
Love this machine. The only problem was the blade wasn't cutting, watched a YouTube video and it just needed manual calibration. It works great now.

defective
This product would be better if it actually cut where I tell it to cut instead of wandering half an inch in any random direction from the intended cut line. I have been trying everything I can find to trouble shoot this problem and had no luck whatsoever.

Great items. I have been happy with this...
Great items. I have been happy with this purchase. However, it was missing a few items like the computer cord and an adjustment tool. Other than that I'm enjoying using this machine.
