The purse arrived in an open box with the tape only stuck on one side along with one corner of the box completely ripped open from top to bottom. I could hardly believe there was a purse inside! So packaging was not so great. There was a small scratch on the front of the handbag, but the handles still were wrapped in plastic and the condition was acceptable.
