Not the seller’s fault, as soon as I noticed that the pens hadn’t arrived they raised a ticket immediately with Royal Mail. I’m the end however, it still took the package 8 DAYS to arrive. It would have been faster to have it delivered from Europe! That said the seller was very apologetic for the error, extremely quick to respond to my messages and did their upmost to rectify the error.
