I use a Surface Pro at work, so have had to borrow a charger. The pen had no battery in it, so I haven’t been able to check it yet. I sent a message via WhatsApp two days ago, as it said to do on their information sheet, but have had no response. If it had all worked well, it would have represented good value.

I only just opened for first time as delivered to parents address! Surely you would have checked internal mouse works as no external option. The keyboard seems flimsy compared to my older model and that one at least worked! Cani drop it back to your address Unit 22, Vincent Avenue, Crownhill in Milton Keynes. MK8 0AB. I am travelling back down on New Year’s Day.
