The outside of the box had a small tear but it was padded and wrapped well. This was the cheapest set I found and is just like my Others that i bought from a furniture store. Absolutely love it. You can’t tell the new ones from my other ones. In the photo, the chairs are the one closest to the camera. absolutely love how they look and would recommend buying from this seller. Great product.

The first box 2 of 2 arrived and so I was worried about the box 1 of 2. I contacted the seller and they provided the tracking number for box 1 of 2 and it arrived 2 days later. Everything was good and the communication was prompt and helpful.

Both arrived promptly and in good condition. However, one of the chairs had a manufacturing defect (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller (there was no contact info for the manufacturer) and described the problem. BC's customer service team went above and beyond to fix the situation in a very timely manner.
