Seller was very helpfull with the it’s return , as it weighs in excess of 20 lbs, so it was difficult to handle/transport, the item has now been returned, and I am awaiting a full refund, (The item was sold as easy to assemble!)

Communication was excellent throughout. The shoe rack is only very lightweight (as you would expect for the price) but it looks ok. Despite the slight hiccup, I would buy from this seller again and recommend them, due to their excellent customer service.
