However after contacting the seller she offered to refund it or for me to have it repaired and she would refund some of the cost. I agreed to the latter. I m looking forward to using it once the amethyst is reattached. The seller was courteous and considerate and she went above and beyond to solve this issue. I would definitely recommend this seller and her products.

I asked to send the actual tuning fork and the red crystal attachment in the same bag. This the seller did but I have had no refund for the postage I paid for the attachment being originally sent in a separate package. The seller said he refunded me the postage but no refund over 2-3 weeks later had ever appeared in my account. The seller is a liar and thief.
