The Tamron A17 lens is a lightweight, compact, high-image-quality telephoto zoom lens with an extended-range zoom feature, which is equally suitable for wildlife as well as sports photography. Excellent quality wide-angle images are a direct result of the telephoto capabilities of this lens. Designed to be compatible with both Minolta and Sony models, this Tamron camera lens can provide a defocused background to further emphasize the main subject in the shot. Manual focus adjustment is smooth, making it easy to home in on the precise focus point you need. Fit and finish are in typical Tamron speckled black, and this lens matches Sony DSLR camera bodies. Main features are a focus distance window, a rubber ribbed manual focusing ring at the back, a rubber ribbed zoom ring at the front with focal length marks at 70mm, 100mm, 135mm, 200mm, and 300mm.
