When asked they had nonsense replies. Doesn’t matter, I wanted what was in the pic but only half of the items were as pictured. Also shipping was ridiculously slow. Won’t shop here again.

It arrived in a usps box which was too small for it - the widest part of the hairdryer was wider than the box and pushed the box apart. There was no padding whatsoever so the hairdryer itself sustained any blows during transit. The description did say “no box”.
