Compared to the original my ebike came with, these are much thicker (prevents flats) I replaced 5 tubes cause the original tires were thin,flimsy, and easily wore out. Check out the pictures. See also how they came in a box and were not folded. Folded tires means thin tires. These are awesome!

When I ordered the part we had a slight miscommunication in the numbers and I received an incorrect part. I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back. I would say they have excellent customer service (and prices) and would not hesitate to order again from them. Top notch eBay seller!
