The item didn't ship for nearly 2-weeks and finally arrived 18 days after the order. The shipping was well beyond the window that was quoted. The seller never responded to a message I sent asking when it would be shipping. I only found out it shipped when I got the auto update through eBay. The seller blamed USPS for taking a long time, but according to the tracking info they hadn't even created a shipping label by that point. By the time the package was in the hands of USPS, it only took 5 days to reach me, which seems reasonable. Just my experience, but I was frustrated.
