The problem was that UPS was holding the package in Canada and wouldn't release it until I paid the customs fees. Once I figured this out UPS still took well over a month to send the package to me. The seller was very responsive and put in multiple calls to UPS for me. The model was very nice and packaged well when I did receive it.
