  The item is exactly as described and was well-packaged and in good condition. The seller was efficient in filling the order. The USPS shipping method was very slow considering the fact that this and another item were mailed at the same and this one came 5 days later. Not the seller fault, though. I would use this seller again if they have needed items.

  Hard to find Pilot for a very old furnace. The seller had the lowest price on ebay. I ended up having to repair my old pilot due to very cold weather & could not wait for it to arrive, hence I never opened the package and returned it. Seller accepted it back with a very fast refund, no questions asked. I appreciated it. Honest ebay merchant. I would highly recommend him.

  USPS lost the first one I ordered on Feb 4, I asked the seller to ship another on Feb. 18 and it finally arrived on Mar. 4, the first one is still stuck in tracking. Quality and condition are both fine, value is fine as well. Seller responded well, just the USPS that's at fault with this order.
