I ordered one from Lowe's at around this price and a few days later, when I went back to the Lowe's website to order another one, it was $50 higher in price. This seller shipped this more quickly than Lowe's did. There was a little damage to the top packaging causing a slight dent to the item but that most likely happened in shipping. It wasn't worth trying to do an exchange. Really happy with the seller and item!

They refused to take responsibility, saying I had to deal with the manufacturer for warranty. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to a return. I shipped it back in the original box, and my USPS receipt shows it weighed about 5 pounds. Shockingly, the seller then accused me of being a scammer, claiming the box was empty, and even opened a case against me. SMH.
