    Great recipe book

    I am new to the idea of meal planning & cooking in large portions. I was the type of person who went to store daily (I live literally steps away from grocery store so this wasn't an issue) & whatever I felt like that day I would buy for that day. For a beginner in this journey of planning ahead & buying larger portions at a fraction of the smaller portions & making multiple servings at once, I find this book very helpful in that it breaks down when quantities needed for doubling/tripling/etc recipes. I really enjoyed the apricot glazed chicken recipe.
