At no time did the buyer request that specific information before purchasing; however the slippers have removable inserts to place your own orthopedics, as needed. There is no mention about arch support in my listing, and there is none listed on the manufacturers web-site. Additionally, very few slippers offer arch support. My listings on Ebay clearly state "No Return", so there was nothing misleading anywhere.
