It arrived well packaged and in vey good condition with all parts complete including useful instructions. The only thing I had to do was reformat the usb drive (it wouldn't mount on my mac). No other problems encountered. Very good value with all that's needed included. Already copied my first VHS video and converted it to DVD. Easy.

The vcr seems like it's really good quality everything was included I needed to get set up and came with a simple to follow guide. Can't thank you enough especially with your rapid response to my query so just thanks for everything.
