I was aware that there was a crack on the screen in one corner but when i unboxed the imac it also had a huge crack running through the middle of the whole screen. But when i turned on the mac the crack is barely noticable so i decided due to the cheap price of the item it wasnt worth the hassle messing around with a refund or sending back. It is possible that this extra large crack was from damage by courier and not the fault of the seller . Overall still happy

Arrived a couple of day later and even have MS Office, as described in the description. Came un un-original packing, but well packed. Great value overall and communication. A great seller - would definitely recommend. Thanks A+++++++
